About the Company

 

Cullman Florist was started by our mother/grandmother Geneva King way back in 1966. Gigi was known as the sweetest person in Cullman and provided flowers for thousands of weddings and other special occasions before retiring for health reasons in 1999.  Located in Cullman's Commercial Historic District, Cullman Florist has been proudly serving the Cullman community for over 55 years. We are family owned and always put our customers first. We are available Monday through Friday 8-5 and Saturday 8-2pm. We are also available after hours and Sunday, just let the phone ring an extra time or two and it will roll to our direct cell phone. We believe that customer service doesn't stop at 5pm. We specialize in customized arrangements to fit your needs and express your care. We also carry several amazing gift lines including windchimes, lanterns, art poles, art planters, afghans, candy, eco friendly plush and more. Whether it be a funeral, birthday, anniversary, new baby, holiday or any other occasion, just call and we will create a special design and find the perfect gift for you.

Delivery Policy

A delivery fee of $5 will be added to each order for addresses located in the city of Cullman. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee will vary.)

U.S. orders must be received before 3:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

We limit deliveries on Sundays to funeral homes. Regular deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

 

Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
